Originally a cornerstone of our working farm, the Pole Barn at King Cole Farm has been meticulously transformed into a premier 9,200-square-foot event space. This expansive venue blends industrial farm aesthetics with high-end comforts for a rustic, yet elegant feel. The space hosts 300 (seated) or 400 (standing) guests for wedding receptions, galas, fundraisers, and more.

The Sun Porch
Our 2,000-square-foot enclosed sunroom patio acts as the perfect bridge between the main Pole Barn banquet hall and the back patio to embrace the natural beauty of the farm. Pendant lighting casts a warm, inviting glow on this space with easy outdoor access, designed for effortless flow during cocktail hour.
- Cocktail Hour Style: Featuring 14 unique bourbon barrel high-top tables with 24 industrial stools.
- Smokeless Firepits: Just outside the sunroom, guests can gather around smokeless firepits in comfortable Adirondack chairs to enjoy the cool night breeze.
- Yard Games: Guests are welcome to play our 2 complimentary King Cole Farm-branded cornhole sets and sip cocktails under the rustic string lights.
Groomsmen’s Lodge
While the bridal party prepares in The Residence, the Groomsmen’s Lodge tucked away in the Pole Barn provides a dedicated “man cave” for preparation. This industrial-chic space allows the groom and his party to relax and recharge before the ceremony.
- Entertainment: Equipped with a flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, PlayStation 5, and a gaming table.
- Refreshments: Includes a private mini-fridge for drinks and snacks.
The Courtyard
Just outside the sunporch and pole barn is our courtyard. Guests love to enjoy cocktails, cigars, lawn games, and fireside chats in this space. The courtyard is incorporated into many pole barn events, including cocktail hour for weddings.

Ample Capacity: Our main lighted parking area accommodates 118 vehicles, with an additional overflow area for up to 100 more guests.
Accessibility Services: We are committed to a flawless experience for all your loved ones. We provide an electric golf cart service to assist guests with mobility issues, making sure they are transported comfortably from their cars to the ceremony or reception sites. All event spaces have wheelchair accessible entrances.
Shuttle & Bus Friendly: For hosts providing transportation from local hotels, we offer dedicated professional bus parking for easy loading and unloading.
