Waking up to views of the Delaware Bay or gathering on the rear porch to watch the sunset over our private pond for The Residence’s immersive experience. From the quiet elegance of the interior to the expansive nature walks and farmland views just outside your door, every detail is designed to make you feel like family.
The Heart of King Cole Farm
The Residence is a 5,000 square foot, renovated retreat that seamlessly connects luxury indoor living with picturesque outdoor spaces. Guests can enjoy full access to the common areas, including the formal dining room, an equipped chef’s kitchen, and the historic “Prohibition Bar,” which is filled with artifacts and stories from King Cole Farm’s rich heritage.
Capacity: 5 bed, 5 bath, accommodates large groups for overnight stays and formal gatherings—sleeping up to 20 people.
The Dining Room: Features a large table for 10, perfect for dinners or business meetings.
Kitchen: Equipped with all the necessities for your stay.
Prohibition Bar: A unique space featuring historic artifacts, a vintage Columbia Record Player, and King Cole Farm family archives.
Outdoor Living: Multiple balconies, an extended rear porch, and a backyard overlooking the farmland, gazebo, pavilion, and private pond.
Modern Comforts: High-speed internet, smart climate control, toiletries, and fresh linens throughout.
Bridal Suite
This expansive, light-filled oasis is designed for the ultimate “getting ready” experience. With a dedicated makeup vanity, balcony, and walk-in closets, it is the perfect space for photo-worthy views of the property, and for your whole crew to prepare for the big day!
Accommodations: King Bed (Sleeps 2).
Preparation Space: Two walk-in closets for attire and a dedicated makeup vanity with a bench.
Spa Bathroom: Features a freestanding jet tub and a private shower.
Private Balcony: A secluded balcony with seating and views of the gardens and ceremony sites.
Features: Television, high-speed internet, and an independent thermostat.
Island Sunrise Room
Positioned at the end of the hall for maximum privacy, the Island Sunrise Room is a peaceful retreat inspired by a classic island getaway.
Accommodations: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2).
Outdoor Deck: Direct access to a shared balcony with deck chairs.
Furniture: Features a stylish dresser, nightstands, a bench, and a rattan chair
Bath: Private full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bayview Room
The Bayview Room offers the best views on the property, stretching all the way to the Delaware Bay. Located at the top of the staircase, it is the first stop for relaxation.
Accommodations: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2).
Outdoor Deck: Direct access to a shared balcony with the Island Sunrise Room and seating.
Furniture: Modern swivel chair, nightstand, closet, and dresser for a comfortable stay.
Bath: Private full bathroom.

Sunset Room
Named for its western-facing vantage point, this room is the premier spot for watching the sun go down over the farm through its large double windows. Enjoy ample space and access to a shared overlook with the Bridal Suite.

This is the only first-floor bedroom and is ADA accessible.

The Residence FAQ
How many people can sleep in The Residence?
In our five bedrooms, we recommend 2 people each. However, the maximum occupancy for overnight guests in The Residence is 20 people, should the client prefer to bring air mattresses, etc.
Are there rooms for the bridal party to get ready?
The Residence has a dedicated bathroom for each room, including the bridal suite for getting ready. The Pole Barn has a Groomsmen’s Lodge.
Can we host a rehearsal dinner at The Residence?
Absolutely. The Residence features a formal dining room with seating for 10 and a table in the kitchen with 6 extra seats, an equipped kitchen, and expansive outdoor porches perfect for intimate gatherings. The maximum occupancy for events at The Residence is 30 people.
